  • Chat data: conversations with Warren, including questions and responses
  • Account data via Plaid: account balances, holdings, and transaction history (only with your explicit consent)
  • Usage data: how you interact with the Service, features used, and session information

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide personalized financial analysis and recommendations through Warren
  • Power Warren's memory system for continuity across conversations
  • Track your portfolio, net worth, and financial goals
  • Identify tax optimization opportunities and fee reduction strategies
  • Improve the Service and develop new features

We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties. Your data is used solely to power your experience.

3. Data Security

  • 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest
  • TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
  • Secure authentication with hashed passwords
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability testing
  • Bank-level encryption for Plaid account connections

4. AI & Warren's Memory

  • Warren may extract and store key facts from your conversations (e.g., financial goals, risk preferences)
  • Memories are used to provide continuity and personalization across sessions
  • You can view all stored memories in the Warren chat interface
  • You can delete individual memories or clear all memories at any time
  • Conversation data is used to generate responses but is not shared with other users

5. Third-Party Services

  • Plaid: account aggregation and financial data (subject to Plaid's privacy policy)
  • Anthropic: AI processing for Warren's responses (data is not used to train models)
  • Stripe: payment processing (we do not store your full payment details)
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers with SOC 2 compliance

6. Your Rights

  • Access: request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: update or correct inaccurate personal information
  • Deletion: request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export: download your data in a portable format
  • Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
